My Johnny Rockets' Super Summer Shakes experience!
With the sheer number of restaurants Eastwood city has, one can devote an entire blog.
One particular restaurant really stood out from the crowd though -- Johnny Rockets --with the 2 right reasons : theirs shakes and the ambiance.
A recent gastronomic adventure from Mommy Blogger Philippines took me back in time, literally.
This spacious, lovely little gem of a restaurant will make you feel like you've stumbled into a 1950's fictional Chocklit Shoppe of Pop Tate's when you walk in.
Interiors were furnished with vintage-inspired posters on walls all throughout. Metal-topped counter with goose neck soda spouts plus spinning stools are seen and rectangular metal-topped tables and diner sweetheart booths.
I was mesmerized by the old school jukeboxes in each table with the classic hits from that era. Frustrating enough to know that those jukeboxes were for display purposes only but I am definitely getting one of those!
Service was beyond friendly!
As always, a jubilant cheer of "Hi guys!" from the wide-smile crew dressed in summer-y outfits greeted us and of course, who wouldn't want to miss all the dancing from them?
They're not called "the best dancing servers" for nothing!
The show will be on-- every 30 minutes and not only does it enhances your mood, but it skyrockets your energy as well!
Actually, the song "The Twist" in my head has been going for a week now with no signs of leaving. I need help.
Of course, the main interest for this occasion was the unveiling of the 3 more shakes to beat the heat!.

For P 280, it's definitely a treat!
I have always been impressed to soda shops and restaurants like this and given that its a 24 hour diner, no other establishment can give you a feeling of happiness and nostalgia like Johnny Rockets'.
Johnny Rockets is the next best thing to give us a taste of a simpler time and I'll definitely be back there! Wait for me!
