For those who love cookies, you can get this enormous sugar cookie for only 85 pesos.

They made these especially for the children because we all know how kids love sugar cookies
( well, I love them as well) and they conceptualized the theme for the Christmas.
You will love these cookies because they are not too sweet i assure you.
Red Velvet Christmas Cake
I tried this one last the last time I went to a mall in Cainta.
The taste was unappealing honestly but after tasting it again at a Figaro event last week, it was different.
In a good way.
Chef explained that they have the same formulation as last year's , with a clean finish and designed it just like a Christmas Wreath that you hang on the door.

Hummingbird Cake
Yes, this is not really popular here in the Philippines. It is known more in the southern part of America.
The reason why it is called a Hummingbird is because after you have tasted it, it makes you hum.
The base is more on the banana-coconut-pineapple flavor which makes it delightful and different from other cakes.
You can get this 115 per slice.
Cranberry White Dream Bars
You can compare the taste to butterscotch but with a twist because of the sourness of the Cranberry. The added stencil design was made using pure cocoa powder.
The white top is all Cream cheese frosting.
I was hoping for a super sweet taste but surprisingly it was not sweet at all.

Seasoned Prune Cake
Not like your ordinary Christmas Fruit cake, this Prune Cake Loaf is totally moist and heavy.
Figaro wanted to introduce cakes like this hopefully by next year.
The difference between their Prune cake, no liquor was added so kids can equally enjoy it as well. The focus is mainly on Prune Juice alone which is good because of the antioxidant component that makes the body healthy.
