INQUIRER.net and Philippine Bowling Federation (PBF) Team Up For Philbowling.inquirer.net
Last February 17, INQUIRER.net introduces their newest channel, philbowling.inquirer.net, with a signing event, in partnership with the Philippine Bowling Federation (PBF).
A big step in supporting the sport we all love and so passionate about.
As you know, it is a sport where we Filipinos had excel in and continues to do so.
The event participants included lNQUlRER.net President, Paolo Prieto, as well as its Chief Operating Officer, Gary Libby.
PBF officers were also in attendance, particularly PBF President and iormer FlQ World President, Steve Hontiveros, and PBF Secretary-General and Asian Bowling Federation (ABF) executive board member, Alexander Lim.
Indeed a day to remember for both companies, as select members of the media and invited guests were not only able to discuss this newly created venture, but they were also treated to good food and the music styling of the Ryan Cayabyab singers.
The launch of the PBS site couldn't come more on an auspicious time.
While we acknowledge the successes, triumphs, as well as failures achieved by our bowlers, the competition has become tough at present, it's time to refocus on how to elevate the game to be able to compete more efficiently.
With this site, it will give direction and provide long needed support and attention to bowlers enabling them to improve their game , hold the skills, and uplift the standards of the said sport.
With this partnership, it will be a big help in regaining the previous standing the country has had before.
Famed Bowling champions and medalists, Olivia “Bong“ Coo, Biboy Rivera, national team coach Rafael “Paeng” Nepomuceno, Rene Reyes, Gina Avecilla and Casiano King, attended the event to support both parties latest project launch.
