Having good skin builds our confidence. When your skin is flawless, it makes a huge impact somehow to our mood and you feel like you can take on the world. Everything the world wants to throw at you, you can face them with confidence.

But before that, there were fun games during the launch, which was said to be the representation of our skin--like the Collagen Blocks booth. The other fun activity we had was to create as many words as possible from the word COLLAGEN in a given amount of time.
The last booth was the Collagen Mystery boxes - for the adventurous ones. I managed to guess the items in each box correctly which were all the representation of different skin types that we have.

Lindsay Gail Torralba - Garcia, a cosmetic surgeon at Wilson and Ayache clinic, showed us a photo of hands because according to her, age could be revealed simply by looking at one's hands.
You can also do a personal test - the Snap Back Test wherein you try to pinch your skin on one hand then see if it goes back to how it used to be for less than one second, then you have a good amount of collagen with you. As you grow older, the snap back test actually increases above second.
Unfortunately for us females, we tend to look older than the males. So we really need to take good care of ourselves. Prevention is always the key.
In my age ( 30's), wrinkles with sagging skin are starting to show which will be more pronounced when I turned 50.
