Maybe since we are already in the modern world, there are already so many goals yet so little time.
It's very tough to be sick these days, especially when you're already a mother of 3.
Everything is just expensive. From hospital confinement to laboratory examinations and medicines. That is why I remember telling myself about a resolution for this year, thinking about health changes I'd like to make. You know, exercise most days of the week; eat a varied and nutritious diet; get enough sleep; and reducing stress to contribute to my healthier living.
But it's just so difficult.

Since I was born to become a notorious picky eater, I don't like a lot of things, make that a lot of RAW. Tried several times to convert myself into a sushi-lover but to no avail. Anything that's cold and slimy or gelatinous is a NO for me. I don't even like gummy worms!
However, I've found that I love California maki -- no raw fish, just rice and veggies and fruits with seaweed covering the entire thing. It doesn't bother me at all and it's much easier to tolerate than Nigirizushi which is a bundle of Japanese rice topped with a slice of raw fish.

In this City, there are still lots of Japanese restaurants that offer other Japanese menu items that aren't raw.
But if you really love sushi, there's this nice Japanese restaurant in Timog that serves authentic Japanese dishes. When I say authentic, they get their stuff mostly from Japan.

Movies for MAY 2017 :)

Movies may have become increasingly important to me since the outset of this social isolation. I choose not to cry myself to sleep when unhappiness strikes. Instead, when life is unmanageable and rough,  I take a step back from reality by getting lost in a dreamy flick or two.
I love seeing movies to escape and detach, allowing myself a momentary reprieve from this so-called LIFE, to recharge my energy fully before heading back into the fray.

Going to movie theaters used to be the priority, but the comfort of my bed wins over movie theater seats. But it's always nice to see new movies from the big screen. And as always, I've rounded up the movies for this month. Although, in my viewpoint, these movies are kinda dull, still an exciting month for me.
