First of all, apologies for this long overdue article. This is one of those days that things do not seem to be going my way. The recent days felt like nothing was working and everything was way out of control, and I just can’t seem to get anything accomplished. Always so stressful with oh so long mornings, it was kind of overwhelming. So today, I have decided to rely my frustrations on the magic of Okinawa ( well, my milk tea, of course). It did good on my hormones. Kind of.
