My Thyroid is stressed!

2 weeks ago, I thought I had Tonsillitis. I couldn't swallow nor move my neck and it hurt really bad whenever someone touches my neck. I also had fever with frequent headaches.

When I was watching the news on CNN,  my daughter Ayen asked me, "Mom, is that from the movie we just saw last night?"she was pertaining to the movie 2012.
I told her, " NO, dear. Sadly, it is the real thing." And she just sat down beside me.

I've been dreaming to join events like this. Lagi nalang sa dream!
I'm just too coward.

I'm not a health freak.
I don't exercise a lot...I don't exercise at all!
Doing chores around the house and using my sidecar to bring my kids to my mom's house are the only workout i get.
After giving birth to 3 kids, my body doesn't seem to function well anymore.
It is quite scary.
The body tells you you're not getting any younger and you need to be healthy and fit,pronto!
