Miss Teen Earth Philippines & Little Miss Earth Philippines aims to unite Filipinos in the conservation, preservation, and the protection of our beloved Mother Earth by promoting beauty queens, talents, and earth ambassadors in local and national sorts in improving the environmental treasures of the Philippines.

Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria sponsored the seminar plus webisode shoot for girls entering the Miss Teen Earth and Little Miss Earth last April 28 and of course I was an eyewitness to such glorious event.

The seminar was conducted by none other than the miracle man of beauty pageants , Jonas Gaffud , who trained future beauty queens for years like Janine Tugonon, who bagged 1st runner up in the Miss Universe in 2012, along with Shamcey Supsup who won 3rd place and of course Venus Raj for 4th place in the said pageant. Sir Jonas Gaffud discussed about how the women of the future should acquire characteristics such as being positive, confident ,witty, being graceful and of course becoming an instrumental epitome in uplifting everyone and each other. No man is an island. You help each other in all aspects. Everything is connected to everything else. Like what 1994 Miss Universe Sushmita Sen aforesaid "You can't change the world.You're crazy.There are so many number of people doing all number of things.How do you change the world? Don't worry about it.The world will change on its own.You change one life.You change one thought."

3rd runner up Miss Shamcey Supsup's unannounced visit to the girls has escalated their excitement level beyond reach. She generously shared ideas and hilarious experiences back in her training days.
