Korean culture has definitely stormed the world... especially in the Philippines.
Filipinos have embraced it for the last few years and I'm not complaining.
My family , especially my kids love anything Korean..from noodles to movies, we just can't get enough of the Korean craze.
Korean dramas beam into the homes of Filipinos, becoming a hot topic of conversation.
Part of me wouldn't be complete if I didn't pull an all-nighter to finish the Korean Television Drama that I've started on that same day.
Depriving myself of sleep just to do the things that need to be done ... like watching the Korean series..is something quite satisfactory in the end.
Filipinos have become totally crazy (  I- too, for that matter , lol! )  about anything from South Korea.

So it came no surprise that when KyoChon, Korea's leading chicken restaurant chain finally opened it's doors, Filipinos were more than excited to line up and finally taste Korea's best friend chicken.

The Search for Winners Against Asthma 2015

I didn't quite want to say my eldest daughter is already cured of Asthma, even though we haven’t had to use any inhalers or steroids for years now.

My two other kids..well.. still suffer from this frightening ailment and it pains me to see them battling against Asthma.
After all these years, reducing and monitoring/controlling the incidence of the attack is still quite difficult for me to handle because I personally didn't go through the whole experience.
Life was easier for me growing up.
Mostly I would stay outdoors to be with friends until dark and would not get sick.
I guess I should really be grateful that I lived without allergies for most of my life, but I'm still wondering why my kids suffer constantly with it.

During my hospital duty days somewhere in Q.C ,we usually work almost the whole day, that's 24 hours nonstop. 

I could barely able to keep my eyes open and the hand always reaches into the pocket to find something to munch on without even realizing it. 

No, it's not an eating disorder, just to clear out things. 

Although one should really focus on eating real food the majority of time, snacking on goodies like candies and stuff will give you the immediate energy boost you need for work. 

Well, it did work for me. 

They were mint candies and crackers that time.

That "mindless eating" habit has never left me for some reason and now , the constant search of a perfect snack buddy is still ongoing.

Thankfully last weekend, huge boxes of snacking goodness were delivered right on our doorstep---- all those came from the generous people behind Jack'nJill!
