Jobstreet by SEEK Launches 'More than Jobs' Campaign to Empower Women Beyond Careers

Jobstreet by SEEK is proud to launch its groundbreaking digital campaign, "More Than Jobs," which highlights the inspiring journeys of women who have transcended their professional roles to become resilient leaders, caregivers, and innovators.

This empowering initiative focuses on the lives of women who are redefining success and finding purpose in every aspect of their lives.

The "More Than Jobs" campaign goes beyond showcasing professional achievements, offering a fresh perspective on how women juggle their careers while pursuing personal goals and overcoming challenges. Through interviews with six remarkable women, Jobstreet highlights their diverse experiences and accomplishments that extend far beyond the workplace.

In the campaign's first episode, viewers are introduced to Ryza Dipatuan Razo, the visionary founder and CEO of Sparkles.PH, a successful startup jewelry company. Ryza, a proud Muslim entrepreneur and mother, opens up about her journey from being a working student to becoming a businesswoman. Despite numerous obstacles, she managed to succeed in her field while discovering her true purpose. Ryza also shares the deep sense of fulfillment she finds in motherhood and her determination to offer her child opportunities she didn't have growing up.

Other inspiring women featured in the campaign include Dani Tinio, a talented full-time graphic artist and content creator; Mela Laxamana, a dynamic marketing head, advocate for culinary innovation, and K-drama enthusiast; and Germaine Jalandoni De Ruña, a development worker, visual artist, and communicator. Each woman’s story underscores their ability to break boundaries and achieve success, both professionally and personally.
