Tee Off for a Cause at the Swing for Wishes Charity Golf Tournament This October

Make-A-Wish® Philippines is celebrating a major milestone, 25 years of granting life-changing wishes to children with critical illnesses and they're inviting golfers to be part of something truly special.

This October 24, all roads lead to the Club Intramuros Golf Course in Manila for the very first Swing for Wishes Charity Golf Tournament. More than just a day on the green, this event brings together passionate golfers, generous donors, and everyday heroes to support a powerful cause: making dreams come true for kids who need hope the most.

Since opening its doors in 2000, Make-A-Wish® Philippines has granted over 5,500 wishes to children battling serious medical conditions. Now, with its 25th anniversary in full swing, the foundation is setting its sights on an ambitious goal, granting 525 more wishes in 2025. With help from its official partner COMCO Mundo League of Enterprises, the tournament is poised to be a meaningful and memorable celebration.

One Swing Can Change a Life

The Swing for Wishes golf tournament isn’t just a sporting event, it’s a chance to make a tangible impact. Proceeds will go directly toward fulfilling the heartfelt wishes of children facing the toughest battles of their lives.

Golfers of all skill levels are encouraged to sign up:

• Solo Registration: ₱5,000
• Flight of Four: ₱17,000
• Evening Celebration (Non-golfers): ₱1,250
• Playing Donor (includes wish-granting sponsorship): ₱15,000

Those who choose to register as playing donors will not only compete but also contribute directly to a child’s wish journey, witnessing the joy and hope they help create.

After the morning tournament, participants will gather for an afternoon of celebration—including an awards ceremony, fun games, and anniversary festivities honoring Make-A-Wish® Philippines’ legacy of hope.

Join as a Golfer, Supporter, or WishMaker

Even non-golfers can make a meaningful contribution. The foundation aims to rally 1,000 WishMakers to help reach the 525-wish goal. Supporters can donate just ₱525—the cost of a cup of coffee per week to be part of a child’s wish story. Donations can be made easily at tinyurl.com/525Wishes
