Disney+ has released the official trailer for FX’s highly anticipated drama series The Beauty, a gripping international thriller from executive producer Ryan Murphy.
The series premieres Thursday, January 22, on Disney+, with the first three episodes launching simultaneously. The 11-episode season will continue with weekly Thursday releases, featuring two episodes in each of the final two weeks.
The Beauty dives into the glamorous but deadly world of high fashion, where top supermodels are dying in mysterious and shocking ways. FBI agents Cooper Madsen (Evan Peters) and Jordan Bennett (Rebecca Hall) are dispatched to Paris to investigate. Their investigation uncovers a sexually transmitted virus that transforms ordinary people into physical ideals—but at horrifying costs.
The investigation leads them to The Corporation, a shadowy empire run by tech mogul Ashton Kutcher, who has secretly created a miracle drug called The Beauty. To protect his trillion-dollar empire, he unleashes his lethal enforcer The Assassin (Anthony Ramos). As the virus spreads across Paris, Venice, Rome, and New York, a desperate outsider, Jeremy (Jeremy Pope), is caught in the chaos, searching for his purpose. The series poses a chilling question: what would you give up for perfection?
