One of my favorite events is Halloween!
Not that I'm fond of the spirits that lurks in the city that day, but I really love seeing those cute kids with their Halloween costumes(moms have the "best-est" ideas), when they pound on the door or rang the doorbell like there is no tomorrow, screaming, yelling on top of their lungs "trick or treat!" eagerly thrusting their pumpkins ahead of them just to get some goodies from you, that is the best!
Anyway, I've gathered here some of the Halloween/October events for 2011 that you and your family or friends can enjoy!

5. Participants will be given stubs after they register. 5.) The participant must present the following:
a. Two (2) pieces of Eco bags. (These bags must be purchased from the Eco Bag booth located at the Event Center Entrance only.)
b. Filled-Up Form.
6.) Participants will be given a number after they register on October 31 before the event at the registration booth.
7.) Participants will be judged according to the following criteria:

9.) Refrain on using the following materials in the performance:
a. The use of real fighting armor (e.g. sword, knife, guns, arrow, spears, etc.)
b. The use of any form of liquid (e.g. blood, oil, water, etc.)
c. The use of fire and any pyrotechnic materials.
d. Breaking of glass, pots, etc.
e. Audio visual presentation or screen projection.
10.) Dance materials should be not be more than ten (10) minutes total running time. The music must be recorded on CD only – no cassette tapes allowed, no ipod, no live band or musicians allowed. Moreover, lighting design shall be managed by the in-house technical director.
11.) Costume must be appropriate to the concept of the event. Sets are not allowed (e.g. risers, back drop, tables, etc.). Hand props may be used (e.g. stick, fan, ring, umbrella, etc.). Materials like Bamboo, wood, steel or plastic pole may be used but must not be more than 3 meters long.
12.) The participants shall be gathered at the Event Center Area (where the parade will start) on October 31, 2011 at 6:00PM.
13.) After the parade, the participants will be instructed where they will pose for judging; while the dance group will have their own spots.
14.) Participants must be present during the announcement of winners. Gift certificates will be given to the winners upon declaration.

9.) Refrain on using the following materials in the performance:
a. The use of real fighting armor (e.g. sword, knife, guns, arrow, spears, etc.)
b. The use of any form of liquid (e.g. blood, oil, water, etc.)
c. The use of fire and any pyrotechnic materials.
d. Breaking of glass, pots, etc.
e. Audio visual presentation or screen projection.
10.) Dance materials should be not be more than ten (10) minutes total running time. The music must be recorded on CD only – no cassette tapes allowed, no ipod, no live band or musicians allowed. Moreover, lighting design shall be managed by the in-house technical director.
11.) Costume must be appropriate to the concept of the event. Sets are not allowed (e.g. risers, back drop, tables, etc.). Hand props may be used (e.g. stick, fan, ring, umbrella, etc.). Materials like Bamboo, wood, steel or plastic pole may be used but must not be more than 3 meters long.
12.) The participants shall be gathered at the Event Center Area (where the parade will start) on October 31, 2011 at 6:00PM.
13.) After the parade, the participants will be instructed where they will pose for judging; while the dance group will have their own spots.
14.) Participants must be present during the announcement of winners. Gift certificates will be given to the winners upon declaration.
15.) The highest scoring participants wins. In the case of a tie, judges will discuss and decide who will win. A participant can only win once.
16.) All SM Supermalls employees, its affiliates, anchors, organizers and advertising agencies up to the second level of affinity and consanguinity are not qualified to join this competition.

How to join:
