ITCHYVIBE Viber Launches the Itchyworms Stickers

Still, the best things in life are free, especially when it comes to staying connected with loved ones and friends through messaging.

Viber, one of the leading free instant messaging apps in the Philippines, takes things up a notch by introducing the first Filipino band to create their very own sticker pack, the fun and quirky group, Itchyworms.

Now, barkadas can enjoy more playful conversations with Viber stickers created by the band members themselves, Jugs Jugueta, Jazz Nicolas, Chino Singson, and Kelvin Yu. The Itchyworms: Lost in Space sticker pack, also known as #ItchyVibe, adds a uniquely Filipino touch that’s perfect for group chats and everyday conversations.

It was recently launched through a fan gig titled “The Itchyworms: Lost in Space” at Route 196, a well-known live music venue in Quezon City. Fans of the Itchyworms were treated to #ItchyVibe freebies and exciting prizes, from T-shirts to printed stickers, along with Viber Hours featuring violet-colored cocktails.

“We wanted a Filipino band to work with us on creating a sticker pack for barkadas. Itchyworms fit the brand perfectly, and the stickers they created were exactly what we were looking for—fun, relatable, and something friends would actually use. They truly embody a fun, cool, and easygoing spirit,” said Viber Philippines Country Manager Crystal Lee.

The Itchyworms were just as thrilled about the collaboration.

“We’re so proud to be the first Pinoy band to have our own Viber sticker pack. It honestly feels surreal. We’re excited for everyone, kids and kids at heart, to start using the #ItchyVibe stickers,” shared co-lead vocalist Jugs Jugueta.

“It was serendipity,” he added.

At the time, the band was working on their album After All This Time, which featured a fictional character on the cover named Astronaut June Galvez, created by artist CJ De Silva-Ong. Their in-house artist, Dan Panaligan, later designed a cartoon version of the character for merchandise.

“We pitched the idea to the Viber team, and they immediately liked our initial designs during the first meeting. From there, everything just fell into place. The #ItchyVibe stickers reflect how the Itchyworms talk to each other and now, everyone can share that vibe with their own barkadas.”
