During the pre-order period, customers may also visit any of the authorized dealers for the reservation. A non-refundable down payment of PHP1,000 is required to complete the reservation process. A pre-order card will be issued upon completion of the reservation that will be presented upon claiming your order at the store where you reserved your unit.  Customers may start claiming the reserved unit plus the free Kuyou Smart Watch starting February 20. For each Reno5 Series unit purchased, customers are entitled to one free Kuyou Smart Watch.
