Enchanted Christmas at SM City Masinag

Life felt normal again this past weekend as I set foot to a charmed oasis of reds, greens and golds at the atrium of SM City Masinag as they launch their Christmas centerpiece, which is aptly named "Enchanted Christmas".

Giant embellishments of peonies, roses, Christmas balls adorn towering Christmas trees at the center of the display. Lighted butterflies swirl the trees, the rustic swings and the entire centerpiece. Tall lighted gazebos and entrance arch entice shoppers to take photos against this beautiful holiday indoor scenery. Poinsettias, gift boxes and huge bows are spread on the patches of greeneries at the centerpiece.

The launch highlights a ceremonial lighting ceremony with local officials led by Rizal Vice Governor Reynaldo San Juan, Jr. and officials from the City Government of Antipolo. They are joined by SM City Masinag Mall Manager Raymond Bonifacio. A dreamlike performance awaits guests at the ceremony from fairy ballerinas of Airdance Philippines and violinist Michaella Torres. 

“Our annual Christmas centerpiece here in SM City Masinag is always a stunning sight to behold, and this year’s Enchanted Christmas is no exception. Whenever our shoppers stop by our holiday display to take photos and smile, it makes our hearts flutter as we know we did a good job in making their visit meaningful and memorable for them,” said Raymond Bonifacio, Mall Manager of SM City Masinag. 

Starting November 12, SM City Masinag is again launching the Bears of Joy, an annual charity program of SM Supermalls wherein shoppers can also participate by buying a pair of Christmas Teddy Bears for P200 from the Bears of Joy booth. One of the two bears will be donated to a selected charity, while the donor can take the other one home. SM City Masinag will give the accumulated donated bears to a chosen charity.
