Grab Offers Free Shuttle Rides for Homebound Filipinos

Grab Philippines, in partnership with the New NAIA Infra Corp. (NNIC) and OneAyala, is offering free shuttle services to help passengers get home during the holiday season.

This initiative aims to ease the pressure on transportation services amid increased travel demand and common challenges like traffic congestion.

The Grab Be Present Bus provides a convenient point-to-point transportation option for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and domestic travelers arriving at Terminals 2 and 3 of Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) – two of the busiest terminals during the holidays. The shuttle service connects these terminals directly to the OneAyala Transport Hub, offering a seamless travel experience.

With ride-hailing platforms facing surges in demand, which can result in longer waiting times and availability issues, Grab’s historical data reveals up to a 45% increase in bookings during the peak travel weeks of December. The Grab Be Present Bus helps mitigate these challenges by providing a reliable alternative, ensuring passengers can easily reach their destinations.

The free shuttle service will operate daily from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM on December 12-14 and December 19-21, 2024. Passengers can find Grab marshals at the arrival halls of Terminals 2 and 3, who will guide them to the pick-up points at Terminal 3 (Bay 4) and Terminal 2 (Bay 5). To board, passengers simply need to register and show their Grab app to the marshals.
