Let's DOUGH It: Sta. Lucia East’s Hidden Bread Gem You Need to Try

While Ayen and I were hunting for the perfect pasalubong for Ayli and Ayji at Sta. Lucia East Grand Mall, one bread shop immediately grabbed my attention. 

Its name? Let's DOUGH It!

The playful name instantly reminded me of the iconic phrase by former DOH Secretary Juan Flavier, “Let’s DOH it,” but what really drew me in was their MAHU BREAD.

If you’re familiar with The Bread Talk’s famous FLOSS, this is somewhat similar, though a little drier and less cheesy, but still delicious. And the best part? It’s much more budget-friendly! I grabbed three, and Ayen couldn’t get enough of them.

But the real star here is their buns. From ube and hotdog-filled to coffee-flavored, there’s something for everyone. They also offer a variety of pastries, cakes, and even coffee, but I got too excited to snap photos of everything!

You can find Let's DOUGH It! at Phase 2, Ground Floor, Sta. Lucia East Grand Mall along Marcos Highway. Their hours are 10 AM to 10 PM, perfect for a mid-morning snack or late afternoon treat.

We’re planning another visit tomorrow after Ayen’s recognition practice, and I can’t wait to try more of their goodies!
