A Sweet New Year Memory on Ice with Disney and Magnolia Chocolait

Sneaking out at bedtime while Mommy was halfway to dreamland was a bit risky, especially for a 7-year-old like me.
But believe me, it was all worth it.
Yes, I would cross a thousand bridges just to have a taste of that sweet, sweet Magnolia Chocolait in glass bottles. Me and my mischievous scheme, I know.
Ahh, those were the days. If only they would sell Magnolia Chocolait in glass bottles again…

Last December, I bought two 1-liter packs of Magnolia Chocolait for Christmas Eve. My kids are still too young for a glass of wine, and they don’t drink sodas at all, so I decided to include those creamy, chocolatey drinks on my Noche Buena list. I’m pretty sure moms out there already know that Magnolia Chocolait now comes in new packs featuring well-loved Disney characters, available in 110ml, 250ml, and 1-liter sizes.

As we were enjoying the chocolatey goodness of Magnolia Chocolait (yes, I chose that over wine, haha!), I realized that I still didn’t have Disney On Ice tickets for my kids. I remembered how my dad used to take us to Disney On Ice shows back then, so I promised myself I would bring my kids every year for that magical experience.

Just after the New Year, I received an email invite from Magnolia Chocolait for the Disney On Ice show! I’m truly grateful they made it possible for us to experience the much-awaited magical show on ice again.

My kids were super excited to see Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald, and Goofy, as they followed four of Disney’s most inspirational princesses on their adventures last January 4, 2015, at the Smart Araneta Coliseum (1 PM), all for FREE!

We were a bit late, though, and weren’t able to catch the story of Beauty and the Beast.
(Forgive the quality of the photos, we were seated at the upper box level and only using a camera phone.)

Combining the contemporary stories of two modern-day princesses, Rapunzel and Tiana, with the classic elegance of Cinderella and Snow White, Dare to Dream whisked audiences away on an exciting journey where dreams truly came to life.

From the lighting and scenery to the music, choreography, and costumes, every element of Disney On Ice presents Dare to Dream came together magically, creating a memorable show for the entire family.

Thank you so much, Magnolia Chocolait, for saving us a seat, and for the meet-and-greet as well. See you next year!
