Get Your Healthy Meals At Goldilocks And Win The #PinggangPinoyPlatingChallenge!

Recently, I have witnessed the launching of Food and Nutrition Research Institute or FNRI's new projects and the signing of the memorandum of agreement between FNRI's new partners towards the improvement of nutritional status of the Filipinos. Responsible food establishments and institutions are working hand-in-hand to develop healthier meals that will help us get the proper nutrition we need, without stopping us from eating what we love. One of them is Goldilocks.

In 2015, for instance, they have launched the Pinggang Pinoy Meals as part of an advocacy partnership with the Food and Nutrition Research Institute (FNRI) to provide the right amount of nutrients and calories needed by the average Filipino.
The country’s number one bakeshop has continued this initiative up to the present, and improved upon it with the addition of a Calorie Content count printed beside the menu of Pinggang Pinoy Meals. This will help ensure that consumers are  aware of how much you they are consuming, and how close they are to the recommended 2000 calories per day.
To influence further the millennials (on eating right food and getting snapshots of their food more), they are launching the Pinggang Pinoy Plating Challenge. You can check out the mechanics on how to join the #PinggangPinoyPlatingChallenge on FNRI's FB page https://www.facebook.com/DOST.FNRI/photos/a.475670645901718.1073741828.464227080379408/1277221709079937/?type=3&theater.
The contest will have three-cycle runs from July 23 to September 25, 2018 for the Nutrition Month. Gift certificates await lucky winners of this promo.
Of course, you can get your own healthy plates only at Goldilocks. The past year’s Pinggang Pinoy favorites Pinakbet and Daing na Bangus set, and the Monggo and Daing na Bangus set, are still available for PhP 130 and PhP 120 pesos, respectively. Joining the Pinggang Pinoy line is the all new Sauteed Veggies and Chicken BBQ set for only PhP 120. Each meal is served with steamed rice, gelatin, and bottled water.
