How to help Yolanda / Haiyan victims in the Philippines

Truly, typhoon Haiyan or typhoon Yolanda appears to be the deadliest natural disaster on record in the Philippines.
It's saddens me that most of the relatives of my mother live in the provinces of Leyte and Cebu are still unreachable.
