FUJIFILM Philippines Launched The Memory lane Kit With Bea Alonzo

I remember growing up and having fun with a Polaroid in my hand, consuming every possible film I could find, waiting for the magic to happen as I vigorously wave the film to slowly reveal the image before my very eyes.
A fun year that was.
You cannot exchange the beauty of old times and when photography was a serious thing. You got real and quality photo in your hand. The drawback of analogs maybe being expensive and having to wait like 30-40 minutes for the films. But like I said, that was the fun of it.
Good thing FUJIFILM somehow brought back the past when they've launched The Instax cameras, offering everyone an experience that no other camera can match.
I sent the hubby information on those and hinted at interest in getting one for us, but to no avail.
I wanted my kids to experience instant photography as well. You cannot blame hopeless romantics like me as I still have a room in my heart for retro photography and I love to see the world as it once was.
FUJIFILM has always been true to its mission, making sure that we take note and capture special moments in our lives.
That's why FUJIFILM launched the Instax Memory Lane Kit event to basically teach us about keeping the passion and memories alive once again.

After the well-received Photo Diary, FUJIFILM released a unique Instax album, bundled with the Instax Mini 8, made of thick-bordered Pages where you can insert your Instax prints.

“Our mission is to keep memories on hand and make sure that they would be available for future generations to gaze at,” says Takuya Maeda, FUJIFILM Philippines Division Head for Electronic Imaging and Photo Imaging.

“Filipinos love taking photos and FUJIFILM acknowledges that. We have endeavored to help them preserve their memories in the best possible way, especially now since it is graduation and summer season, when people really need to keep important memories.”

The Memory Lane album protects precious prints from dust, dirt, moisture and sunlight to reduce fading and ensure that they stand the test of time.

There are three variants for the Memory Lane album, namely the instax Memory Lane Package that includes :

  • An Instax Mini 8, pack of film (10 sheets), a Memory Lane album, and a pen marker
  • The XA3 Memory Lane Package that includes an XA3, instax SHARE SP-2, pack of film (10 sheets), a Memory Lane album, and a pen marker
  • The XAlO Memory Lane Package that includes an XAlO, instax Mini 7 3, pack of film (10 sheets), a Memory Lane album, and a pen marker.

The Grand Launch of the Memory Lane album kits was graced by the ever gorgeous Bea Alonzo, FUJIFILM Philippines brand ambassador and a proud instax fangirl , together with FUJIFILM Philippines Circle of Influencers that helped the guests design their own Memory Lane album using available craft materials.

“It was exciting to watch everyone design their own Memory Lane album in creative ways,” says Bea.

Guests doodled on the sides, place stickers, even wrote haiku or short poems making their albums not only unique but very personal and heartrending.

After all, that is the essence behind FUJIFILM Philippines’ efforts to capture memories instantly and produce the tangible prints in seconds.
The Instax Mini 8 is available in 7 colors. User-friendly.
Adjust the dial to turn it on and shoot. It runs on plain old AA batteries. Super handy.
Memories are all about celebrations, occasions, and moments spent with family, friends, anyone you hold dear and consider family.
And wherever and whenever there is something special you want to make last forever, an instax will be there, on hand and on cue.
