Technolux Business Series Featured Christmas Goodies

Some 90  Entrepreneurs, bakers and home cooks attended the recent Technolux Business Series (TBS) held at Mall of Kitchens. Dubbed “Christmas Creations,” the event featured demos on how to create holiday-inspired cakes, pastries and chocolates, conducted by Chefs Sab Bugia, Matthew Nabaza and Pau Lopez.

It was presented by Puratos in cooperation with Culinary Best Source, Inc. (CBSI),  a division of Technolux, the country’s largest importer and supplier of a complete line of foodservice, small wares and laundry equipment for 44 years.  

Another highlight was the demo by Arjay Reberta on the best beverage applications using Monin, the world’s leading producer of the finest flavored syrups and sauces.   Founded in France in 1912, it has a rich and long heritage that made it the brand of choice by bars, restaurants, bartenders and chefs looking for ways to jazz up their drinks and recipes
