Where I Get the Energy to be a Multitasking Mom for the Holidays

Discovering new things about my 3 - Ayen, Ayli, Ayji is my favorite hobby as a mom everyday.
It's really a joy to be a mom although, of course, there are challenges along the way.

One of the challenges I face as a multitasking mommy is the need for me to always have the energy to be mentally, emotionally and physically present for my kids. I don't want to be that tired and grumpy mom.
During the holidays, it's a whirl with taking one kid to a Christmas party while shopping for clothes with the other one. That, plus making sure they eat good meals and they're happy and healthy. I mean, a mom's got to do what a mom's got to do.

Despite my busy schedule, I exert extra efforts to take care of myself. I eat well, drink 8 glasses or more of water, sleep early, exercise (or take 10, 000 steps a day) and rest whenever I can.

Taking a daily multivitamin is also very important. No matter how well I try to eat, I know that it's not enough to get my required daily doses of nutrients. I read somewhere that an adult has to eat 2-3 cups of veggies and I will admit that I don't do that most of the time.

Multivitamins not only give me the sustainable energy to keep going, they also reduce my risk for other health concerns. Other people take several multivitamins and supplements everyday. I don't have the time to do that. Breakfast in our home is a hectic affair and I can only take one.

My choice is Pharmaton, a multivitamin and supplements brand that contains vitamins, minerals and Ginseng Extract G115 in amounts which suit the body's daily requirements. Pharmaton claims to help relieve exhaustion caused by stress, tiredness, feeling of weakness and vitality deficiency.

Taking care of myself is part of my duty as a mother. I want to be strong, healthy and full of vitality for my kids. I want to be around for a long long time for them.

And that, my friends, is where I get all my energy to cope with the holiday madness.
