Celebrate The Magic AT EK!

Enchanted Kingdom, the country’s first and only world-class theme park, is ready to welcome guests once again as it reopens its gates this October 17, 2020.

Even with its temporary closure since March 13, 2020 due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, Enchanted Kingdom had continually connected with its guests through social media via its “virtual rides” segment, “virtual celebrations broadcast” and “Edu-FUN-days”. 

 EK’s employees or Cast Members were also very busy with internal trainings and updating the Park’s processes, health and safety protocols to comply with the guidelines of the government’s Inter Agency Task Force for Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-ID).  These processes and protocols include, but are not limited to the provision for temperature checks, guest health check list (manual & online) for contact tracing, compulsory wearing of face masks and face shields in public areas, handwashing and sanitizing stations around the park, floor markers to remind guests about physical distancing (minimum 1 meter), acrylic partitions/barriers in food & merchandise outlets, minimum contact or contactless ticketing & retail options and reduced capacity (50%) for the park, rides, attractions and outlets to comply with physical distancing guidelines.     

Expect the same stellar customer service and magical experiences, but with heightened health and safety protocols to ensure that upcoming visits to the open-air Park are safer but still as magical and fresh as it had always been over the years.
