#BlogGiveaway | WIN Danarra Aromatherapy Oil Products!

I once read this from an article that mothers with three children are more stressed than moms with one kid or two. A mother who has four or more children actually has lower stress levels. I would want to believe that now since my stress is probably at the highest point, most especially after we moved in to our new house. I got 3 kids. Stress has such a powerful effect on me, even blogging makes me feel stressed nowadays.
I wonder how you de-stress if you already feel trapped?

Thanks to good friends from the blogging industry, they introduced me to aromatherapy oils to help me relax and calm my nerves. I cannot believe there are so many uses of these oils, whether you are trying to release tension or cure a headache, you can even soothe asthma with aromatherapy oils!
Now, wherever I go, I make sure I bring those tiny miracle bottles with me. My kids love to bring them too because they are addicted to the smell of lavender or any menthol scent.

If you are looking for an aromatherapy oil that suits you, why not try Danarra? This Aromatherapy oil is priced at P89.00 only at any Mercury Drug Store. Even the ever gorgeous mommy Karla Estrada loves Danarra.
It gives the same benefits of other soothing balms that we love BUT with the added bonus of fine fragrance oils. Thus, the effects are enhanced by the relaxing and refreshing fragrances.

The name Danarra is derived from the word “Nadarra,” which, in the Scottish Gaelic vocabulary means “natural.” Celtic knots were chosen to become its symbol because Danarra and the Celtic knots connote interconnectedness between a person and nature.

  2. How do i deal with stress? Well, simple lang naman. Tayong mga nanay madami tayong ginagawa maghapon right? ☺

  4. How do I deal with stress? Easy, I do not over-think. Sometimes we complicate things by over thinking. Instead of praying for guidance and asking for help with the right people, we over think it and come up with a conclusion that there is no solution. Ganito lang kasi yan, pag problema yan, may solusyon talaga yan, kaya we should not worry about it too much dahil it will just stress us out. Pag walang solusyon yan, baka hindi problema yan, kaya walang halaga ang pagwo-worry dyan.

Pag Nanay ka like me, nakaka-destress na ang pag inum ng isang tasang kape sa umaga, o kaya ay isang long hot shower na walang abala, o kaya ay ang pagpunta sa nail salon at mgpa manicure at pedicure. Sometimes, we need to relax and chill like we used to para di naman tayo maloka.

  5. My simple way to relieve my stress, by doing a simple exercise just for at least 30mins. Kasi for me, I believe na mas narerelax tayo at nadidivert yun mga emotions through releasing our sweats. I do feel it too kaya palagi ko itong ginagawa. Aside from that, I do singing too. I turned on the radio or my Mp3 tapos yun volume ng sounds ko yun tipong ramdam ko yung happiness. Honestly, I’m not a singer( assuming lang ako), but through singing even kahit na mahinang boses or kahit malakas lalo na pag nasa bahay, grabe iba talaga ang emotions ko! Ang taas hehehe yung ramdam kong may nagjump na happiness and something na nakapagpangiti sa akin then eventually, nakakalimutan ko yung reasons or causes ng stress ko. And mostly, at the end of it, I never forget to pray. Palaging kong sinasabi sa sarili ko na “GOD IS IN CONTROL!” Kaya mas lalo akong nakakapag isip ng mga ways on how to relieve and surpass my stress.
And at the end of the day, my stress turns into apositive vibes or outlook. And thats my simple yet very effective way for me to deal my stress!☺️

  6. How do i deal with stress? I just look at my little boy and look back at the time i had him, I was basically at my lowest point by that time to the point of ending both our lives but he keeps me warm and give me strenght so when stress comes my way, i just look at him and i am well again because i am reminded that his God's way of telling me to fight not for myself alone but for him.

  7. I think the best way to deal with stress is pray ask God na tulungan ako sa at bigyan niya ako kapahingahan. Ano man challenges na dumating Trust God and have faith.

  8. Stress, a very common word and scenario for us moms but do we really care about it that much. As for me, i just manage and get over it, the sooner the better. But really, How do you deal with stress? It's important for us mom to have a break from the routine of being a mom so i make sure that i have that much needed me-time. A simple quiet moment while enjoying my cup of coffee and reading my fave book or watching a good movie.☺️ Or doing a set of yoga poses to find my inner peace when the kids are not around or taking their nap. And sometimes i de-stress by doing groceries alone and it's a win-win because you get to stick to your grocery list. And that's basically how i manage my everyday stress.☺️

  9. Simple lang po hindi ko na pahahabain pa, i deal with stress by simply talking to myself, take a deep breath and lagi kong sinasabi sa sarili kong, "kaya mo yan girl, fighting!" (yan nakukuha ko kakanood ng koreanovela eh) then after non, gumagaan ang dibdib ko na para bang nabunutan ng tinik. Sarap sa feeling.

  10. Ako sa totoo lang since in Woking from 10am then nakakauwi ako ng 12am sa bahay, super nakakapagod and nakakastress. Kaya kapag dayoff ko i make sure na nakakapag me time ako, way of distressing na rin. So i went to the park and nag jojogging ako sa morning.

  11. Naniniwala ako dyan 😂 The level of stress is incomparable since i have 3 kids too and am yayaless pa eversince. I just dont know how i exactly deal stress everyday. I must say i survive stress each day. With all the house chores, going to school to fetch the eldest and wd me are my 2 kids ( i babywear the youngest ) and many more. Stress is already a part of day to day life no matter how much effort we put in trying to avoid it. Everyday life may be described as mundane, routine, natural, habitual, or normal. For me, it's a mix of those but more on routine na. A cup of coffee will do ( i tandem breastfeed my toddler and my baby) and this makes my day good having a sip of coffee. I guess , kahit sumakit man ulo ko araw araw at di maiwasan dahil sabay sabay silang lahat madalas maglikot, magpsaway etc, siguro malaking bagay ung laging kinakausap ako mg hubby ko when he's at work na " sabayan mo lang sila ". Enjoying each day wd them malaking bagay na..Who cares about sandamakmak na labahin? Whi cares about the hugasin? The kalat? It can wait. I clean the mess from time to time so they could play in a clean area, but those chores na need ng ebuf time to finish, i do it at night. Yes tiring but it works at least i can finish it ng maayos ng walang magkukulit. Ang tendency when i do all the chores esp labahin, i get irritated easily kasi i want it badly na matapos but then then have to cut it kasi may nag iiyak, may need ng dede, may nag-aaway, may susunduin, and of course esp we have to eat together din. Eto ung iniiwasan ko din, the more i am irritated wd some stuff, tendecy kids ko minsan napagbuntungan so i change my way of dealing wd chores. Sabayan lang sila, playing and studying too togther and storytelling before they take a nap in the afternoon is our way of bonding. That way magaana ng pakiramdam ko at hindi stress..When all of them are asleep that is the time i do ninja moves too, prep and cook for dinner . Motherhood is something na nakaka drain talaga but we need time management, divide the task and the time na mag enjoy kasama ang mga bata ❤

  12. I have a little garden at home and when I'm usually stressed, I go straight to the garden. I look at my plants first, talk and sing with them, nakakatuwa lang kasi lalo pa iyong mga bougainvilleas na sumasasayaw at iyong orchids na mahirap mabuhay pero naihahalintulad mo sa sarili mo. I enjoy digging the soil, cutting the large leaves of the fortune plants and just seeing my garden, it brings peace and calmness to me. Parang ang gaan-gaan lang sa pakiramdam. It makes me also close to nature which reminds me how much God loves us. Stress is part of our lives but God makes a way kahit na sa small things lang for us to see na may maganda pa rin sa mundo at hindi tayo dapat papatalo sa stress.
