All of us know how to be part of a "barkada" and probably understand what "barkada love" is.
And every August, Greenwich, the number one pizza and pasta brand in the Philippines, celebrates Friendship month since they are a barkada brand enhancing a bonding between friends. As always, Greenwich constantly launches great tasting food like the Overload pizza and the beefy cheesy, saucy, lasagna that barkadas can bond over.
Since September is still considered as friendship month, Greenwich launched The Barkada Box Awards, the brand's pioneering and chalog (charming plus kalog) way of appreciating our friends through creatively designed limited time offer pizza boxes that is meant to be entertainingly awarded to each of our barkada.
In a recent culmination activity dubbed as “Barkada Box Awards Grand Hangout,” kabarkadas from all ages converged at the Market! Market! Activity Center to be thankful for new and old friendships by way of entertaining photo booths, free-flowing pizza slices and a chance to bond with Greenwich kabarkadas Enrique Gil and Yassi Pressman.
Greenwich came up with four witty personalities that became the inspiration of the Barkada Box Awards.
