Maritess Allen reveals first "lucky" store to open soon, plus "lucky" signs for the 2015 Year of the Sheep
Not really sure why but countless times I've been approached by several people asking what they can do to achieve or attract good fengshui.
When people ask me these questions, i often suspect that me being a half-blooded chinese made them think that I practice fengshui all the time, but really I do not.
People always hoping that fengshui will be sort of an instant answer to dissolve entirely their woes when of course it usually isn't but it's a fact that 33% of it can help you balance the energy,said a fenghsui expert.
I do follow one fengshui master on facebook and i check her wall once in a while just for auspicious numbers and updates for the coming year.
When I got an invite for a press conference held last Wednesday for Maritess Allen's birthday bash at Luxent Hotel, of course I got excited and all that.
Got there so early because I wanted to have a good impression and yes , being early is good fengshui as well :)
So, what's in store for you in the year of the WOOD SHEEP?
This year ( for the year of the Horse ), there were only 3 elements present namely metal, fire and wood. The other two primary elements were missing, earth and water which i believe were the important ones.
Maritess Allen said that the chart for the year of the Horse was totally screwed up.
It was indeed a very unbalanced year.
She stated that those who started their relationships this year are said to be ill-fated or doomed.
The year of the sheep ( 2015 ) on the other hand has both good news and bad.
There are great prospects indicated for the coming year.
The Sheep is one of the better signs of the chinese zodiac because of it's mild and peaceful ways.
The destiny chart for 2015 has indications of all 5 elements, and all four pillars so we're off for a better year, yeah!
*Wood= Wealth
Earth= Opportunity
Water= Education Luck / Good for networking
Fire= Fame
Metal = Luck
In addition, 2 secret friends are present (Tiger and Boar , Horse and Sheep ) in all pillars of the chart which means a very rare phenomenon and could very well indicate great luck and fortunate energies for the year.
But she reminded us that it really doesn't matter if all the 5 elements are present in your destiny chart for next year, what matters is that people should be well-informed, always ready to make full use of the positive energies, and stay protected from the negative ones.
Ms. Maritess Allen revealed that the presence of Wood element in her chart for next year is zero but it will not stop her from doing anything productive. She said will just make friends with people who have wood element on their charts,lol!
One tip from her : Longer hair means more money ( for those who are lacking wood element ).If you needed a certain element, try to enhance it.
She explained further that the upcoming year would not be super perfect but at least we are getting there. In a scale of 1 to 10, we are on a 6 or a 7 so we are in an ascending order, which is a very good sign.
To those who were born under the chinese zodiac sign of Monkey, the year of the Sheep will be good to you. And so is the Rat.
The Rooster animal sign, however , are more likely to experience misfortune in the coming year. Those with the Dragon and Snake animal signs will be more vulnerable to illness.
Lucky colors for next year would be Red, Pink, Blue , Black and Gray.
You can also put paintings of birds on the south corner to enhance luck.

The "Fengshui queen of the Philippines" will conduct the 2015 Fengshui updates for the year of the Wood Sheep on December 27, 2014 at the Luxent Hotel in Quezon City.
Participants will have the chance to learn not only about general prospects for the year but also forecasts on career, relationships, health, and all that.
January 17,2015 will be the annual Fengshui updates in Tokyo, then in London on January 22 and 25 respectively.
This will followed by a series of chinese new year events and mall tours in the Philippines from January 28 to February 20.
There will be a meet-and-greet with her followers on March2 ( Sweden ),
March3 ( Denmark ), March7( Oslo, Norway ) and March8 ( Kristian Sand, Norway ).
