You'll be immediately transported to Italy and Japan with one taste of this Gelato Sushi.
Yes, you it read right!
Who won't fall hard with these cool must-eats that are uncommonly good and guaranteed to satisfy your sweet tooth while delivering real bliss to your day? You don't want to miss this as the taste has an interesting flavor of wasabi and ginger all in one.
You can find these treats only at Gelatofix - a premiere Lifestyle Café located at the Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig.
Since the launching of the establishment this year, it has been igniting and thriving the city's Gelato craze.
They made sure they've used only all natural ingredients and the finest quality products imported right from Sicily.  There are seasonal flavors plus a few core ones like Salted Caramello, Cookies and Cream, Strawberry, the all time-favorite Pistachio, French Truffle.
The world-class café is renowned for its over the top gelato creations and exquisite cuisine created by award-winning chefs, Gelato World Cup Champion, Master Chef Filippo Novelli and Gelatofix Master Chef David Chang.

Gelatofix have more than 30 flavors to choose from - to pair up with anyone's mood. The best thing is they let you try all different flavors to your heart's content. One can no longer be stressed about making a decision on the spot.
Wilson Lim, Executive Director, International Business, Singapore’s Commonwealth Capital Group exclaims: “Like a true Italian, we love our gelato and believe no day is complete without our fix of gelato.  With Gelatofix, we wanted to showcase a piece of Italian heritage with each gelato experience by our Filipino customers. Here, we use only the most natural ingredients, prepared via a process that is both masterful and artisanal.”

You can also try their signature toast box (P 450), also known as the ‘Magic Boxx’, created by Gelatofix Master Chef David Chang.
It is a unique fusion of Asian bread toasted to perfection, cubed in sweet buttery texture, topped with Italian gelato and served with a treasure chest of renowned Gelatofix chocolate sauce.
Gelatofix is more than just gelato.
It also serves nutritious gourmet salads, rich-flavored soups, lavish mains, and to-die for beverages.

For the health-conscious, there’s the Italian-inspired gourmet salads that balances off the greens with fruits and dressing, topped with a creamy scoop of Fior di Latte gelato.
If you want something unique for an entrée, try the pasta selection with Portobello mushrooms, crunchy prawns, succulent squids and juicy parma ham. And for those who are looking for local flavors, Gelatofix provides an array of the best and locally curated Filipino-inspired dishes.
Risotto Al Funghi (P 325) Traditionally made with Porcini Mushrooms, however, Button and Shiitake mushrooms were used here together with Parmesan cheese . Indeed, deliciously rich and well flavored.

Spaghetti Prawn Apricot (P 325) - You can taste the Summer in November with the delightful flavors of tomatoes and fresh basil pair perfectly with sauteed shrimp in this light pasta dish. YUM!

Big Bird ( P500) - Tried the Chef's recommendation and it did not disappoint. A huge crisp-tender chicken paired with fries and chopped corn cob drizzled with Garlice Aioli ( mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper) . The gravy with honey makes everything perfect.

Carne Asada ( P355) - Another Chef's recommendation. A delightful pizza topped with crunched nachos, beef strips, lettuce drizzled with Garlic Aioli.

This braised Lamb Shank is just new to their menu. Slowly-cooked to achieve its full tender, flavor. Topped with brown sauce and gremolata. Gremolata or gremolada is a chopped herb condiment classically made of lemon zest, garlic, parsley and anchovy.

This is also new to their menu. Chocolate Pistachio is Chocolate with Pistachio cookie base topped with pesto and mango ball. The pesto -chocolate combination is surprisingly good.

My favorite - Tiramisu Gelato Cake. This ha coffee syrup with espresso flavored gelato for an elegant, frozen dessert.

Gelatofix is the first in the Philippines to launch an authentic lifestyle café chain which will be the destination of choice for both young people and working adults who are in the prowl for mouth-watering yet guilt-less gelato and food offerings which make a serious play on both Italian and local flavors.
Another five new Gelatofix outlets will be added over the next 12 months in Metro Manila so more people will have the ‘fix’ they need, whenever and wherever they crave for it.
