Achieve the healthy and glowing Korean-looking skin with Banila Co.

I once read this from a blog, a quote from THE Coco Chanel: "A girl should be two things - Classy and Fabulous."

Yes, indeed.
This is Classy for me - Knows how to apply and flaunt Korean Makeup. And Fabulous?- To be able to go to the amazing place called KOREA!

What's not to love about KOREAN anything? I particularly love Korean Makeup.
I totally adore that flawless , glowing, luminous, complexion, and mastering it would be a great achievement for me because my expertise is limited.
Although, I'm not quite familiar with this brand, Banila Co. is a multimedia-awarded Korean cosmetic brand, has already garnered the most number of category awards for its base makeup line for 10 years now.
It is a beauty connoisseur from the likes of Allure, Cosmopolitan, InStyle publications that we are all familiar with.
If you know the TV show called the Get it Beauty on Korean TV that deals with everything beauty related, then you probably heard about this brand.
Mostly everyone hailed Banila Co. for the quality of its products and innovative packaging. Its best-selling lines include the Clean It Zero Cleansing Balm, The It Radiant CC Cream, The Prime Primer.
The event started with a little game wherein we need to try on Banila Co.'s products and do some selfies inside the booths we choose.
Me and my sister are Korean makeup fanatic, although I don't really post my before and after look, I still HOARD Korean products.
Blogger Lou trying out one of the #TintedLove Melting Balm during the launch.

I chose funky in Hongdae using #TintedLove Melting Balm in Sugar Kiss and Call me Pink for the gradient lip look.

I love how girly the theme was at the launching of Banila Co. . It's just perfect for any ages and very cool in the eyes.
So, after having a sumptuous lunch, we got to witnessed the magic of Banila Co., at the creation of a well-known Korean makeup artist , Chief Makeup Artist Mr. Kang Pil Kim of Banila Co. for 12 years now, who flew in all the way from Korea exclusively for the launching. My favorite host, Sam Oh, was also there, adding more color to the event itself.
Banila Co.'s CEO was also present at the event, Chang Soo Kim, to personally thank the media who all came to witness the grand launch.
Chang Soo Kim said that it is their goal to be the forefront K-Beauty by establishing the best Asian Contemporary look that perfectly suits the Asian Women.
Indeed, Asian Women flaunt a beauty that is entirely different from Western women.
Western Women tends to accentuate their outstanding features and highlighting the angles while the former prioritize the healthy, looking, beautiful skin.

Mr. Chang Soo Kim believed that we, Asian women, need a different type of makeup, far from heavy coverage and contouring. Something that will help create a natural looking brighter complexion.

At the event, they let us try Banila Co.'s Clean it Zero for makeup removal and I do believe that taking off the makeup is even more important than putting it on.
Banila Co.'s "hero" product -- Clean It Zero is a unique deep cleanser, that has made the record of being sold every 4 seconds!
It earned the title as the most sold cleanser in the world.
It completely removes makeup but leaving your face moisturized and creates an optimal ph balance.
Banila Co. has also introduced its recent Philippine partner, All That Blush.
The first demo we had was the "No Makeup" Makeup look.
What  I learned so far during the makeup sesh, is to always maintain that moisture balance, so you can have that healthy glowing , moisturized, lit-from-within glow, even when you're wearing makeup.

Apply the skin toner to replenish the moisture and achieve the light glowing look And always use the moisturizing cream.
The hotness and humidity of the weather here in the Philippines is actually the main reason for breakouts from oiliness and to prevent that, make sure your face is always moisturized.
Make sure to lock-in the moisture on the face prior to applying any cosmetics.
The IT Radiance Brightening Cream is the perfect choice.

The CC Cream also plays a vital role in achieving the " No-Makeup" Makeup look. It is also a good skin corrector for those with yellowish or reddish uneven skin tones.
I already tried the wonders of this product and after comparing the results to the current brand I was using, this CC Cream gives a more lighter tone with a lighter feeling. No heaviness whatsoever I tell you.
It's light but still provides a moisturized feeling but will not have the full coverage if you're looking for a prefect product to hide the blemishes on the face. But I love this nonetheless.

If you got Banila Co.'s CC Cushion , then, you're on your way to become the next Korean makeup guru because it is the all-around thing nowadays. It is water-based, not powdery type cushion, perfect for those with dry skin.
The key point is to have a look as natural as possible. You don't apply it on the whole face, just pat it gently around the heart zone or the center of the face.

In Korea, they revealed that they don't really use contouring techniques and products. They prefer the natural effect which is bright on the center and darker on the outer part of the face.
Moving on to "Point Makeup", the most important is applying on the eyebrows. Having a Korean eyebrows look, which is mainly straight and thick.
The length of the eyebrows considered the most important. If it's too long, you'll look aggressive. Too short --dull and chubby.
To determine the length of your eyebrow -- connect the tip of your nose to the outer v of the eye and the tip of the outer eyebrows. Always start from the outer part if drawing your eyebrows.
Eyebrow cake is more effective than using the traditional eyebrow pencil. You can also use an eyebrowcara to enhance them further and more volume. Remember to get a color for your eyebrows that matches your hair or 1 tone brighter.
The straight eyebrow fits perfectly for the Asian beauty, wherein the long with full arch is more on the western side.

So, after achieving your perfect eyebrows, the next one to use is the eyeliner. Why only eyeliner? Koreans prefer eyeliners instead of mascara and Banila Co. has the perfect solution for smudging because they have developed a product that won't smudge at all-- The Triple Wonder Eyeliner.
That is definitely on my Christmas list!
The next is the Lips.
Always to pat on a powder first on the lip before putting on any lipstick. I love Banila Co.'s Lip Locker because it's very long-lasting. You should only apply on the center of the lip rather the whole entire lip, then use a cottonbud for blending towards the edge.
You can also use the Liplocker on the cheek.

Tip: Mix a small amount of CC Cream and lipstick for the perfect look of your cheeks.

Korean women have had beauty secrets up their sleeves for centuries now and are always on the cutting edge of what's next.
And taking care of your skin is really easy nowadays because of all that Korean secrets that are being shared to us.
With all those amazing Korean products in the market, I'm hoping one day I could finally say "I woke up like this" with my soft, dewy, moisturized, glowing skin.

Banila Co. opened its first store in Glorietta 4 and finally will soon open its doors Robinson's Place Manila.
