SM City Masinag celebrates Christmas with Disney Princesses

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas in all SM Supermalls, as the celebration of a Merry SM Christmas kicked off simultaneously around the country.
For SM City Masinag, it's Fairytale Christmas with dancing Disney Princesses.
Without a doubt, Christmas and Disney make life more exciting for me.
I grew up watching Disney films still on Betamax and VHS tapes that my dad used to rent out and would bring home after a day's work. He brought us to Hongkong on Christmas day when I was still in grade school but sadly no Disney World yet.
Now, this Christmas will be a little bit more exciting for my 3(and for me as well) because
I'm bringing them to Disney World! Hooray!
What a joy it would be to spend time with them in the greatest place in the world!
With children nationwide enjoying as much as 2 weeks of school holidays, for us, Christmas is an opportunity for a vacation to see our favorite Disney characters!
Now, prior to that exciting trip, we did have a preview of what to see and experience at Disney World, thanks to SM City Masinag.

SM City Masinag opens its Christmas season with a fairytale-themed centerpiece featuring 3 of the most loved Disney Princesses - CInderalla, Belle, and Snow White.
Kids enjoyed the Royal Ball Celebration last November 6, 2015 at ‪#‎SMCityMasinag‬ where they get to see the Disney princesses come alive
They even let my kids dress up as little royalties complete with tiaras and crowns for a full fairytale experience. I was planning to do the same but I guess I chickened out the last minute. Maybe I will try to wear one when we go to Disney World.
If you'll visit the mall anytime soon, your kids will absolutely love the 8-meter pink castle tower as a background that highlighted the centerpiece, along with Santa's chair. Great for photo ops with the youngsters.

During the launch, a royal ball was held when the clock struck 4pm , with performers dressed as prince and princesses just like in the fairytales.
The ladies dressed in beautiful ball gowns dancing waltz with gallant gentlemen in dapper suits.

There was also a special meet-and-greet session with Santa that thrilled both the young and young-at-hearts. I almost sat on his lap and whisper to him my biggest wishes but I guess we all had the same idea.

I just adore these special candy-filled jars that were given to the kids as gifts that were too cute to eat.

Kudos to the executive guys and gals of SM City Masinag who made all these possible.

The Fairytale Christmas held at SM City Masinag was indeed spectacular and magical. Now, I'm more excited for my kids than ever after seeing the show. I told my kids that they would see a similar Disney show but way better!

This event is just the beginning of exciting things to come.
There will be grand Christmas Parades, Brass marching bands, children's ballet, caroling choirs, and another Santa meet-and greet session with of course a spectacular fireworks display with lights and sounds show that will definitely take everyone's breath away.

A merry markdowns is also a highlight of this season for all shopper's delight. Brace yourselves for a massive Christmas toy fair at Toy Kingdom as well!

And finally, the SM Christmas Bears of Joy is back!
I would definitely skip the "coffee stickers card" and will just bring some cheer to a child this Christmas.
You too can be part of this awesome campaign.
For only P200, you get to take two Bears of Joy—one to keep and one that we will give to a child in an orphanage or charitable institution. All collected bears will be donated to the mall's chosen beneficiaries (Orphanage, charity institution or child center).
In Antipolo, the pupils at the City gates Academy in Cogeo will receive the donated bears.
The SM Bears of Joy are available at the Toy Fair in select SM Supermalls nationwide, from Nov. 6 to Dec. 31, 2015.
For those who want to get a bear and donate the other to charity, here is the list of the locations :

I will be at the Grand Masinag Sale tomorrow to hunt for our new luggage for our trip to Disney World. If ever you'll visit the mall and you happen to see me there, don't forget to wave and say hello! :)
