Food trip : A Taste of Capitol in Timog

12:08 AM

When it comes to finding the most delicious, innovative food in the metro, Tomas Morato or better known as "Timog" is the perfect place to be.
I was recently invited to join other blogger friends to have a Taste of Capitol, the latest must-try dining establishment to open in the Metro.
An All-American favorites partnered with Filipino specialties that creates a delicious fusion of East and West.
It's not that difficult to find this place in Timog actually. Some may find commuting a real drag but if you're from the Eastern side like me, commuting's a breeze.
You can ride a jeep or an FX taxi to Anonas (before Cubao) then from there you can easily get a jeep going directly to Timog (look for a "welcome" sign).

With a menu lineup filled with a sumptuous selection of appetizers, mains, desserts, specialty drinks and even all-day breakfast, Taste of Capitol in Tomas Morato, Quezon City is truly worth visiting should you find yourself in the area.
This restaurant caters to diners of all ages, Taste of Capitol gets inspiration from the popular bistro/diners from the West, which serve satisfying comfort food day in and day out.
