See exquisite designs at Real Living Space 2015 grand design show house

Now on their 3rd year, Real Living Space , the ultimate shopping space and design show house, is bigger and better that it's ever been!

Recently, I was invited to witness great home designs you see in magazines come to life--with the collaboration of the country's best-selling home magazine, Real Living, and the premier land developer, Avida Land Corp.
A first of its kind in the Philippines, held at the Avida Towers Centera showroom in Mandaluyong City. An ambitious project for them but has been pulled off incredibly well. This is all part of Avida Land's celebration for being in the industry for 15 years!
After the cutting ribbon ceremony, 7 different spaces and 11 designers were introduced to the media. They started 2 years ago with just 2 units and now with 6. They specifically chose designers with different styles, that can highly personalized a condo unit regardless of floor area, which is the main problem for most owners. No one is limited to just one style and these talented young designers managed to style the spaces within 3 days.
This gives you an opportunity and experience those spaces no matter the stage in life you're in. Whether you're single or married with children . you can see how Real Living transform the space.
It would not be possible without the support of the home for the event, Avida Land.

Each designer had a living space and a client profile that they worked with to craft their space. The designers who participated this year are :

  • Misty Floro and Pai Edles of modern-edgy firm Morfosis design.
  • Pam Tan, bohemian and travel-influenced designs.
  • Kat Villanueva, owner and manager of First Scope Interior Design + Trading.
  • Krisitne Neri Magturo, co-owner of furniture shop Urban Abode.
  • Vera Villarosa, designed the work space in the function room from the Real Living Space 2014.
  • John Viglia, formerly of Budji Layug + Royal Pineda Design
  • Paul Baes and Joel Salazar of Lucina Home.
  • Allen Oblena, mix of classical and vintage mix designs.
  • Camille Besinga, editor and stylist.
