I need to be a fussy mommy when it comes to what goes into my grocery cart, just to ensure only the best for my three kids.

Grape-Banana Smoothies


Ingredients
1 small banana, peeled and sliced
1 cup seedless red grapes
1 cup Yogurt
1 cup Welch’s®  100% Grape Juice made with Concord grapes
Small pinch ground cinnamon

Preparation
1. Place banana and grapes in freezer until firmly frozen (in plastic bag if not
using soon).

2. Combine frozen fruits, yogurt, grape juiceand cinnamon in blender and blend until
combined and smooth. Divide between 2 large glasses.

Makes 2 servings

Here's the ingredients for the Grape Berry Crunch Muffins

Ingredients



  • 1/2 cup low fat granola
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cups Welch's 100% Grape Juice made with Concord grapes
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 2/3 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries

  • Procedure
    1. Preheat the oven to 400 F
    2. Coat 12 2-1/2 inch muffin pan cups with cooking spray
    3. Crush granola lightly in heavy-duty plastic bag using a rolling pin
    4. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients except sugar
    5. In a medium bowl, whisk other ingredients except blueberries until blended.
    6. Fill the prepared muffin cups about two-thirds full with batter.
    7. Sprinkle with crushed granola
    8. Bake in oven
    9. Let cool in the pan
    10. Cool muffin in wire rack 
    11. Serve warm or in room temperature
