A Global Holiday Celebration Awaits at GH Mall This Christmas
GH Mall is brighter than ever as it officially welcomed the holiday season with its much-awaited Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony on November 14 at the East Wing Atrium.
The event gathered community members and distinguished guests, creating a heartwarming start to one of the most cherished times of the year.
Ortigas Land President & CEO Jose Emmanuel “Junie” H. Jalandoni and EVA Airways Corp. Junior Vice President Rick Hsieh led the lighting of the majestic Christmas tree, joined by San Juan City Mayor Francis Zamora and family, Vice Mayor Angelo Agcaoili, members of the Ortigas family, and RCBC executives.
For Filipinos, Christmas is a season of shared joy, families gathering over favorite dishes, children running toward glittering displays, and communities filling the air with song, prayer, and celebration. This year’s theme, “Holidays Around the World,” brings a vibrant international flair to the mall. In partnership with Taiwanese carrier EVA Air, GH Mall brings the excitement of global travel into one festive destination. The centerpiece Christmas tree draws inspiration from EVA Air’s newly launched Taipei–Dallas-Fort Worth route, adding a fun Texan twist and symbolizing new connections for Filipino travelers.
The celebration also highlighted the value of giving. As part of the event, Jalandoni distributed gifts to children under the care of the San Juan City Social Welfare and Development Office, joined by EVA Air’s Rick Hsieh, Mayor Francis Zamora, and his son.
Adding even more cheer, RCBC launched its Holidays Around the World Raffle Promo, running from November 11, 2025 to January 15, 2026. RCBC credit cardholders who shop or dine at GH Mall can earn raffle entries for a chance to win EVA Air tickets to exciting international destinations.
