Miratap Brings Japanese Minimalism to Manila with Dexterton Showroom in Greenhills Mall
Japanese minimalist brand miratap has officially arrived in the Philippines, opening its first flagship showroom at Dexterton Greenhills Mall.
The debut introduces Filipino homeowners and design professionals to a sophisticated approach to contemporary living, where functionality blends seamlessly with timeless craftsmanship.
The new partnership places the Philippines alongside miratap’s international presence in countries including China, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, the USA, and Vietnam. Spanning a spacious 300-square-meter area, the showroom is designed to showcase Japanese minimalism in a cohesive, inviting setting that brings miratap’s signature design philosophy to life.
Within the showroom, visitors can explore kitchen systems, vanities, washbasins, bathroom fixtures, doors, partitions, and other interior and exterior elements, all thoughtfully arranged to reflect miratap’s vision of intentional spaces where simplicity, elegance, and modern living intersect effortlessly. The layout also highlights Dexterton’s hallmark attention to detail and design excellence.
Founded in 1979 and rebranded from Sanwa Company in October 2024, miratap combines “mirai,” the Japanese word for future, and “tap,” symbolizing the brand’s commitment to minimalist, forward-thinking design.
According to miratap, inc. President Taro Yamane, the collaboration with Dexterton is a natural fit. “Dexterton shares our passion for creating environments that harmonize form and function,” said Yamane. “Through this partnership, we aim to bring Japanese minimalism to a wider audience, blending tradition with innovation for modern living.”
