Under the new partnership, eligible Gold members can receive a three month complimentary Viber Plus trial, while Platinum members can enjoy six months of free access. The offer is available to qualified members who are new Viber Plus users and have not previously subscribed to or redeemed the service.

Viber Plus unlocks a range of premium communication features, including an ad free messaging experience, enhanced privacy tools, voice to text transcription, unlimited premium stickers, exclusive app personalization options, and 24/7 priority live customer support.

The latest benefit highlights Lazada Membership’s continued growth and strong member engagement, with Gold and Platinum members maintaining a 90% retention rate.

Eligible members can redeem the complimentary Viber Plus offer directly through the Member Center on the Lazada app without entering payment information.

To activate the benefit, members can follow these steps:

• Open the Lazada app and go to the Member Center page.
• Tap “Collect” on the Viber Plus benefit.
• Check the linked Viber account and follow the redirect to the Viber Plus landing page.
• Select the special offer to activate the complimentary subscription.

The offer is exclusively available to eligible Gold and Platinum members who have never subscribed to or previously claimed Viber Plus.
