Inside, visitors can explore a display area, digital kiosk, scale model of the development, unit finishes area, and fully furnished Studio and One-bedroom model units.
The gallery also features a café operated by local brand Switch Coffee. With both an indoor area and an al fresco space, the café is open to the public, adding another reason for visitors to spend time at the new destination.
A Symbolic Beginning for the New Gallery
The opening of the Arthaland Gallery was marked by a Tree of Life ceremony attended by the ARTHALAND project team and its partners.
The ceremony reflected the ideas at the heart of Liv, including balance, harmony, unity, and the relationship between people and nature. Representatives watered a plant as a symbol of nurturing shared roots. The tree then illuminated from its roots upward, marking the official opening of the gallery.
The Tree of Life will eventually become part of Liv’s podium design, carrying the symbolism of the opening into the development itself.
Liv Brings Residential Living to the Heart of Katipunan
Set against the energetic backdrop of Katipunan, Liv is designed around a simple idea: creating a vertical community where residents can live, work, study, relax, and connect within one thoughtfully planned environment.

For Liv, the design team focused on making compact urban residences feel functional rather than confined.

The approximately 25-square-meter Studio model unit presents a creative take on small-space living.
Designed around the lifestyle of a young achiever building her future, the unit replaces the conventional bed setup with a custom bunk bed. A study area underneath creates a dedicated spot for work, while the surrounding layout preserves an open living area.
The result is a home with distinct zones for sleeping, studying, relaxing, and pursuing creative interests without making the space feel crowded.
Large operable windows allow natural light and fresh air into the residence, while separate toilet and shower areas allow two routines to happen at the same time.

The approximately 40-square-meter One-bedroom model unit offers a different perspective.
Designed for someone who has developed a stronger sense of independence and personal identity, the space focuses on comfort, privacy, and intentional living.
A private balcony extends the living area beyond the interior, while large operable windows bring in natural light and ventilation.
The separate toilet and shower areas add another layer of privacy and convenience, especially when residents have guests over.
Together, the model units demonstrate how thoughtful planning can make smaller homes feel flexible, comfortable, and distinctly personal.
Japanese Bathroom Technology Meets Everyday Comfort
Liv residences will also feature INAX bathroom fixtures by LIXIL, incorporating Japanese engineering into the residential experience.
The fixtures bring together water-saving technology, hygiene features, and everyday comfort. LIXIL is a global housing and water technology company whose brands include INAX, GROHE, and American Standard.
A Strong Focus on Sustainability and Wellbeing
Sustainability is another key part of Liv’s design.
The development is targeting four green and wellness certifications: LEED, WELL, EDGE, and BERDE.
Liv is also designed to achieve at least 20 percent energy and water savings, reinforcing ARTHALAND’s focus on reducing environmental impact while supporting healthier and more comfortable homes.
For residents, sustainability is woven into the everyday environment rather than treated simply as an added feature.

Life at Liv extends beyond the individual residence.
The development will include a swimming pool, gym, function room, multi-purpose court, landscaped parks, Potager Garden, and collaborative spaces.
