For Marietta Cabaron Baguio, receiving the 35 year recognition was a deeply meaningful career milestone.

“Being with Cebuana Lhuillier is a deeply cherished achievement. I’m grateful for the years of growth, the people who have been part of the journey, and the opportunity to continue serving with passion and dedication,” she shared.

Her story mirrors those of many long serving KaCebuanas who have grown alongside the organization while remaining committed to serving customers and communities.

Recognition covered several areas of the organization, including Cebuana Lhuillier Insurance Brokers Inc. or CLIB, which received honors for Best in Overall Insurance Performance and Best in Customer Reach.

Other major recognitions included Top Branch of the Year Cross Sell Champions, Cebuana Lhuillier Rural Bank Microsavings Top Performing Branch, Best Branch for Cebuana Lhuillier Jewelry Premium, CX Excellence Award, and Money Mover of the Year.

Branch, Area, and Region Leaders Take the Spotlight

CLH Datu Saber Marawi was named Branch of the Year, while Area 502 earned Area of the Year and Region 5B was recognized as Region of the Year.

For Peter Cabauatan, Regional Manager of Region 5B, the recognition was more than an award to place on a shelf. It was a reminder of what a committed team can accomplish together.
