SM Mall of Asia Welcomes Christmas 2026 With the Magical MOA Christmas Express

The most wonderful time of the year has arrived, bringing with it the familiar joy of twinkling Christmas lights, festive music, family gatherings, and memories that last a lifetime.

This Christmas, SM Mall of Asia invites everyone to embrace the holiday spirit with The MOA Christmas Express 2026, a festive celebration filled with dazzling displays, exciting activities, live entertainment, and heartwarming moments for families and friends.

More than just a holiday attraction, The MOA Christmas Express brings the magic of a Filipino Christmas to life, turning every visit into an opportunity to reconnect with loved ones, enjoy cherished traditions, and create new memories along the way.

The MOA Christmas Express Brings Holiday Magic to Life

The Christmas festivities officially began with a spectacular tree lighting ceremony that transformed SM Mall of Asia into a festive holiday destination. Shimmering Christmas lights, colorful decorations, and charming seasonal installations set the stage for a celebration filled with warmth, wonder, and excitement.

Adding to the evening's magic was a special musical performance by Darren Espanto, accompanied by the AMP Big Band. Their lively presentation brought an extra touch of holiday cheer to the grand celebration, giving guests a memorable start to the Christmas season.

At the heart of the festivities is The MOA Christmas Express, a charming train inspired display surrounded by adorable holiday bears, colorful presents, and enchanting Christmas installations. Every corner offers a picture perfect backdrop for family portraits, festive selfies, and those little moments that make the holidays truly special.

Located at the Central Atrium of SM Mall of Asia, the Christmas display welcomes mallgoers to slow down, soak in the festive atmosphere, and enjoy the simple happiness of celebrating Christmas together.

Christmas Activities and Holiday Events for the Whole Family

The excitement does not end with the Christmas tree lighting. From beloved holiday songs to spectacular fireworks and fun activities for children, SM Mall of Asia has prepared a festive calendar that gives everyone more reasons to celebrate throughout the season.

Whether planning a weekend family outing, meeting friends for a festive dinner, shopping for thoughtful gifts, or simply enjoying the Christmas decorations, visitors will find plenty of ways to make their holiday visit meaningful.

Every trip can become its own Christmas story, filled with shared laughter, favorite holiday treats, beautiful photographs, and moments worth remembering long after the decorations come down.

During the launch, Perkin O. So, Senior Assistant Vice President for Mall Operations at SM Mall of Asia, welcomed guests as the mall opened its doors to another season of festive celebrations.

Through The MOA Christmas Express, SM Supermalls continues to bring together the traditions Filipino families treasure and the fresh holiday attractions they look forward to each year. As one of the country's leading lifestyle and entertainment destinations, SM Mall of Asia remains a place where celebrations become shared experiences and ordinary mall visits turn into lasting memories.

Share the Joy of Giving With SM Besties of Joy

Beyond the lights, entertainment, and festive attractions, Christmas is also a season for generosity and kindness.

This year, SM Besties of Joy returns through SM Cares' Buy One, Donate One initiative in partnership with the SM Super Pets Club. For every Bestie purchased, another will be donated to a child from a partner beneficiary organization.

The initiative brings the spirit of giving into the holiday celebration, reminding everyone that one small act of kindness can brighten someone else's Christmas. By participating, shoppers can share the joy of the season with children who deserve their own special holiday moment.

It is a meaningful reminder that the true magic of Christmas is not only found in beautiful decorations and exciting celebrations, but also in the happiness we bring to others.
