Top Filipino Science Students Invited to Apply for 2027 Ajinomoto Foundation Postgraduate Scholarship in Japan

Ajinomoto Philippines Corporation (APC) is calling on the Philippines’ brightest science students to take the next step in their academic journey. Applications are now open for the 2027 Ajinomoto Foundation Postgraduate Scholarship Grant, a prestigious program that provides full financial support for Filipinos pursuing master’s-level studies in Japan.

This scholarship is designed for exceptional students with a passion for Food Science and Technology, Human Nutrition, Chemistry, or Engineering. Scholars will have the opportunity to study at some of Japan’s top institutions, including University of Tokyo, Kyoto University, Nagoya University, Institute of Science Tokyo, Ochanomizu University, Waseda University, and Japan Nutrition University.

Successful applicants will receive:

Full coverage of examination, admission, and tuition fees
Pre-departure support including medical and psychological exams and Japanese language training
Monthly allowances for living expenses
Airfare from the Philippines to Japan
