Chill Bar Bocobo : Malate's Hidden Gem

When we hear the word Malate, you might have heard the words "there aren’t that many decent cocktail bars in Malate". When I say "decent", I meant "family-friendly". But the Malate area have definitely come a long way.
With so many options and figuring out which of the district's bars are worth going to can be seriously overwhelming, whether you're from there or not.
I'm truly grateful to be invited to visit the newest hangout place with 2 of my good blogger friends.
Tucked in the vibrant Malate district 2 minutes from Robinsons Place Manila, is a must try corner for great cocktails, atmosphere and reasonable prices.

What's a bar without an impressive garden area, right? Just an ordinary bar really. It's a good job this hidden gem has a sort of oasis for all of you who want to grab a premium cocktail, settle back into the cozy seating, and just chillin’ all-day, all-night with your favorite people in the world.
Chill Bar, the newest, the hippest 24-hour hang-out,

which opened its’ doors on July of 2015 at its’ EDSA branch (across Megamall), has now expanded to 3 branches with the addition of Chill Bar Bocobo,  Chill Bar Nova Stop (beside Robinson’s Nova Market).
Chill Bar Bocobo has an alfresco or Garden-setting, that also offers feel-good music via live Acoustic performances that everybody will enjoy.

From affordable classic “Silogs” and “Sizzlings” dubbed as Selfie Meals that are available at anytime of the day, to Groupie Packages that start at P550 for sharing by the whole crew, which include the bestselling Hi- 5 sets that are comprised of 2 of your favorite cocktail drinks plus 3 of your favorite pulutan, Chill Bar ensures a happy tummy for everybody.
This is Chillbar's bestselling Hi- 5 set comprised of Prench Pries, Inside Job, Krunchy Kropek, 1L pink slush and 1L choco slush.

Fried liempo cut into small cubes and topped with chicharon. Served on a sizzling plate

PORK BARBECUTE P120

Chillbar also offers Alcoholic Slushes (Chocolate, Mango, Lemonade and Melon
flavors), cleverly-named Bombshells (alcoholic drinks with flavored ice balls) and even non-alcoholic favorites such as Coffee (Fraps, Lattes etc.)
It only shows that there is truly something for every member of the family or barkada to enjoy!

MOJITO BOMBSHELL
Rhum, mint leaves, jelly ace, sliced dayap in 1.5L with signature ice balls

They also serve Chill Coffee creations such as Coffee Alco Slush and Coffee Slush for 59 pesos
MANGO SLUSH

BLUE GREEN SLUSH
Rhum, tequila, lemonade

CHOCOLATE SLUSH

Seriously, this tastes like magnolia chocolait.

I also had the chance to check out their EDSA branch, situated at the end of a footbridge. I opted for their Hickory Dickory Pork, priced at 254 pesos. A yummy tender hickory smoked belly, and I partnered it with a refreshing glass of lemonade.
Will I be back? Most definitely. Haven't tried their pizzas yet.
