The study surveyed 1,035 property seekers from socio-economic classes ABC1 in key areas including NCR, Cavite, Rizal, Pampanga, and Cebu (covering Metro Cebu, Mandaue, Punta Engaño, and Busay). Participants, aged 25 to 60 and actively looking to buy residential condos from developers, ranked RLC Residences as the most recognized and preferred brand among local condo purchase intenders.
Among respondents who engaged with property brokers, RLC Residences stood out for several key reasons. These include strong recommendations from friends and family, perceived value for money, knowledgeable and approachable property agents, flexible payment options, a reputation for property value appreciation, diverse payment channels, digital condo services, and prompt customer service that addresses client concerns immediately.
