San Miguel Beer Ignites Okada Manila with Epic Oktoberfest Launch Party

 There’s no party like an Oktoberfest party, especially when it’s brought to life by San Miguel Beer.

San Miguel Brewery Inc. kicked off the country’s biggest beer celebration at Okada Manila’s Crystal Pavilion on September 20–21, 2025, marking a fiery start to this year’s Oktoberfest season. With over 135 years of brewing tradition, San Miguel Beer pulled out all the stops to deliver a celebration that was nothing short of legendary.

Over 8,000 Beer Lovers, Two Days of Nonstop Celebration

More than 8,000 guests poured into the luxurious venue for two unforgettable nights of cold brews, gourmet bites, and high-energy performances from the country’s hottest artists.

The festivities began with a grand ceremonial toast led by SMB President Carlos M. Berba, San Miguel Pale Pilsen Ambassador Coco Martin, and Okada Manila Vice Chairperson Takako Okada, officially kicking off this year’s nationwide Oktoberfest festivities.

Unlimited Beer and Fresh Brews On Tap

Guests were treated to free-flowing beer samples from San Miguel’s world-class portfolio, including limited-release brews like India Pale Ale, Fruity Wheat Ale, Summer Ale, and Specialty Lager.

And it wasn’t just about the drinks. Food pop-ups from Las Flores, Café Fleur by Chef Sau, Flipside Burgers, and Purefoods Deli lined the signature Crystal Pavilion walkway, offering elevated pairings for every pint. The SMB Draft Beer Mobile Bar Truck also made its debut, adding to the night’s buzz.

Star-Studded Music and Unforgettable Moments

The music lineup delivered hit after hit with performances by Rico Blanco, Lola Amour, December Avenue, Maki, Arthur Nery, Brownman Revival, and more. DJs Chelsea and Rammy kept the party alive long into the night.

Adding to the excitement, the PBA All-Filipino Cup Champions, the San Miguel Beermen, joined the celebration, mingling with fans and showing off their skills in fun hoop challenges. Legends Efren “Bata” Reyes and Francisco “Django” Bustamante even wowed the crowd with a billiards exhibition match. and a few brave partygoers took their shot at the table.

No great night ends without a memento. Guests went home with exclusive San Miguel Beer merchandise, making sure this night lived on far beyond the last toast.
