Filipino moms to turn their passions into purpose, and side hustles into real businesses, all from

the comfort of home.

Madiskarte by PLDT Home and Madiskarte Moms PH has become a platform where their hard

work, creativity, and passion shine. Now on its latest run, it continues to spotlight those turning

small ideas into thriving ventures.

Now in its third year, Gawad Madiskarte isn’t just an awards night, it’s a celebration of the

Filipino mom’s entrepreneurial spirit. It shines a spotlight on women who’ve built something

meaningful out of nothing, who’ve stayed persistent through late nights, early mornings, and

everything in between.

A Personal Reflection From a Founding Mom

Back when Madiskarte Moms PH was newly launched, I was simply one of the many moms hungry for connection, support, and a sense of purpose beyond my everyday routine.

I still remember those early days, the late-night chats, the big dreams, the endless encouragement among moms who just got it. Being part of this community from the beginning has been one of the greatest honors of my life.

Over the years, I’ve watched countless moms grow their businesses, find their voices, and take up space, proudly and boldly. One of the biggest milestones we now celebrate together is Gawad Madiskarte.

This online community has received prestigious recognition

Madiskarte Moms PH (MMPH) has been honored with some of the industry’s most prestigious

accolades. Among these are the Grand Anvil Award, the highest distinction in Philippine

PR, and two Gold Anvil Awards. 

In 2023, the program also earned regional recognitions, taking home a Gold Award for Best Public Relations Program in Southeast Asia at the 4th ASEAN Excellence Awards, as well as the Prosperity Award at the 3rd SDG Awards from the United Nations Global Compact Network Philippines.

Whenever I attend Gawad Madiskarte, I’m always deeply inspired.

One by one, women step on stage to share stories that command attention. These aren’t tales of instant success, but journeys built on grit, growth, and grace.

• Moms who started with zero capital and built thriving businesses. 
• Women who turned heartbreak into fuel. 
• Entrepreneurs who worked through nap times, deliveries, and school drop-offs, and still showed up for their dreams.

In those moments, I stop seeing myself as “just a mom with a few side hustles.” I remember that

I am a Madiskarte Mompreneur, capable, creative, and courageous.

And it’s not just the awards night that makes an impact.

Together with the other founding moms, we’ve had the privilege of meeting so many amazing

mompreneurs, not only through Gawad Madiskarte, but in every Madiskarte Class, every local

bazaar, and every event where moms show up to learn, grow, and support one another. These

moments, big and small, remind us why this community matters.
