The Revival of an Iconic Cycling Event

The Tour of Luzon 2025 is poised to be an unforgettable cycling competition, uniting local and international teams in a celebration of athleticism and camaraderie. The multi-stage race spans 1,050 kilometers across seven provinces of Luzon, starting at the iconic San Agustin Church in Paoay, Laoag City, and finishing in the scenic city of Baguio, at Camp John Hay. The event’s diverse terrain presents both a thrilling challenge for participants and a showcase of the Philippines' natural beauty.

This year’s edition features 12 top-tier Philippine teams, including the MPT DriveHub Cycling Team, alongside 5 international squads, such as CCN Factory HK from Hong Kong, Malaysia Pro Cycling, and the Bryton Racing Team from Taiwan. With 119 cyclists, the competition promises to display exceptional international cycling talent while celebrating the rich culture and spirit of the Filipino community.

Exciting Prizes and Prestigious Titles Await

As the race intensifies, participants will compete for prestigious titles and valuable prizes. The champion team will take home the coveted Perpetual Trophy along with a PHP 1 million cash prize. The individual winner will be awarded a podium jersey, a PHP 500,000 cash prize, and a 3-day, 2-night stay at Camp John Hay Hotels. Additionally, the Eagle of the Mountain title will return, offering a special award for the winner of Stage 8 in Baguio, celebrated for its challenging uphill race. Other awards include the Best Young Rider, Sprint King, and the Most Combative Rider, all of which will receive trophies and podium jerseys.

A Vision of Connectivity and Community Impact

Through its involvement in the Tour of Luzon, HUAWEI continues to drive forward its mission to connect communities through the power of technology.
