How to Claim Your Lenovo Freebie

To redeem the promotional items, customers need to register their eligible device purchase at Lenovo’s promo site. The following details are required:

Full name (as shown on a valid ID)
Complete address and contact information
Valid government-issued ID
Proof of purchase (official invoice)
MTM and serial number of the purchased device

After submission, Lenovo will process the validation within 7 to 21 business days. Once approved, the freebies will be shipped within 15 to 30 business days. Please note that shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
