The Bridges to Success (BTS) Career Fair 2026 made a strong return last March 21, 2026, at the SMX Convention Center Manila, bringing together thousands of young job seekers and industry leaders in one powerful gathering focused on real employment pathways.

This year’s event was organized through the continued partnership of SM Supermalls and National University Philippines. More than 3,500 students, graduates, and professionals attended with a shared goal of transforming education into meaningful careers.

Now on its third year, the Bridges to Success initiative continues to address a long standing challenge: connecting academic learning with real world work opportunities. By bringing employers directly to students, it helps shorten the gap between graduation and employment while opening doors across multiple industries.

A full day of learning, networking, and hiring opportunities

The event offered a packed program designed to prepare attendees for the professional world. Career talks, panel discussions, and on site recruitment sessions ran throughout the day, giving participants direct access to hiring companies and industry experts.

Instead of a typical job fair setup, BTS 2026 created an environment where conversations mattered as much as applications. Students were able to ask questions, understand hiring expectations, and receive practical advice from professionals already working in their chosen fields.

For many participants, it became more than just a job search event. It was a space for clarity, direction, and confidence building as they prepared to enter the workforce.

Strengthening the link between education and employment

One of the strongest messages of BTS 2026 was the importance of collaboration between schools and industries. By working closely with SM Offices tenant partners and academic institutions, the program ensures that students are exposed to real industry demands even before graduation.

This approach helps shape future ready professionals who are not only academically equipped but also skilled, adaptable, and prepared for the evolving job market.

SM Job Fairs continue across the country

Alongside BTS 2026, SM Supermalls continues its nationwide employment initiative through the #SMJobFair series, bringing hiring opportunities closer to communities through various SM malls.

Upcoming job fairs include:

March 26 at SM City Tuguegarao

March 26 at SM City Cauayan

March 26 at SM City Trece Martires

March 27 at SM City Legazpi

April 8 at SM City Bacoor

April 9 at SM City Trece Martires

April 15 at SM City Davao

April 23 at SM City Trece Martires

April 24 at SM City Novaliches

Schedules may change without prior notice. Job seekers are encouraged to coordinate with their local PESO or mall announcements for the latest updates.

These events continue to gather hundreds of employers from different industries, offering thousands of roles ranging from entry level positions to specialized career opportunities.

Building inclusive pathways to employment

Through initiatives like the Bridges to Success Career Fair and the nationwide SM job fair program, SM Supermalls strengthens its commitment to connecting Filipinos with accessible employment opportunities.

In line with broader celebrations such as International Women’s Month, these programs also highlight the growing role of women in leadership and workforce participation, creating more inclusive spaces for career growth.

A continuing commitment to Filipino job seekers

By bringing together schools, companies, and government partners, SM continues to position its malls as more than retail destinations. They have become accessible career hubs where opportunity meets preparation.

With programs like BTS and the SM Job Fairs, thousands of Filipinos gain a clearer path toward employment, proving that when communities work together, careers can begin closer to home and closer to possibility.
