Government Service Express at SM City Caloocan Brings Essential Public Services Closer to Everyday Life
A new chapter in accessible public service has officially opened at SM City Caloocan as SM Supermalls, in partnership with the City Government of Caloocan and key national agencies, launched the Government Service Express (GSE) on March 25, 2026.
The initiative brings essential government services into a single, convenient mall-based hub designed to make everyday transactions faster, easier, and more efficient for the local community.The launch ceremony was led by Chris Martin D. Coquia, Regional Operations Head of SM, together with representatives from partner agencies including the Caloocan City LGU, Philippine National Police (PNP), Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), PhilHealth, Social Security System (SSS), and Pag-IBIG Fund.
This newest branch becomes the 18th Government Service Express nationwide, strengthening SM Supermalls’ growing role in turning malls into integrated community centers where shopping, services, and civic needs come together under one roof.
A One Stop Hub for Essential Government Transactions
The Government Service Express is designed to simplify how people access public services. Instead of traveling across multiple offices, residents can now complete essential transactions in one comfortable and familiar location.
This setup benefits a wide range of individuals, including parents securing family documents, jobseekers processing employment requirements, entrepreneurs handling business permits, and professionals renewing licenses.
Inside the hub, visitors can access services from agencies such as the Caloocan Business Permit and Licensing Office, Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), PNP, PhilHealth, and PRC, making it easier to accomplish time sensitive requirements in a single visit.
Supporting Working Filipinos and Everyday Needs
Beyond convenience, the Government Service Express is designed to support real life progress for working Filipinos and middle income families who often struggle to balance time, transportation, and government processes.
