Sweet Moments for Mom Anko Hosts Tea Parties and Cupcake Workshops for Families

That’s exactly what Anko had in mind when the beloved Australian home and lifestyle brand brought moms and their kids together for a delightful tea party and cupcake-decorating workshop at TriNoma on April 12.
The heartwarming event is just the beginning. More families can join the fun at Ayala Malls Manila Bay on April 18 and Ayala Malls Feliz on April 25, making it a perfect prelude to Mother’s Day celebrations.
At the workshop, moms and their little ones rolled up their sleeves for an afternoon of hands-on bonding. Armed with Anko’s colorful silicone bakeware, mixing bowls, spatulas, and charming serveware, kids unleashed their creativity while moms added their own thoughtful touches. The result? Sweet treats made even sweeter by shared memories.
Guiding the session was Ivi Piadozo, fondly known as Mommy Ivi to her growing online community. As the face behind @ourdailyulam on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, she’s known for her easy-to-follow recipes and practical meal ideas for families. During the workshop, Mommy Ivi walked participants through fun cupcake-decorating techniques, showing how even a simple baking activity can turn into meaningful bonding time.
The celebration continues beyond cupcakes. From April 18 to May 10, kids can create heartfelt paper bouquets at Flowers for Mom workshops happening every weekend across Anko’s five stores: Glorietta, Alabang Town Center, TriNoma, Ayala Malls Manila Bay, and Ayala Malls Feliz. It’s a thoughtful way for kids to craft something personal for their moms.
Moms will also get a chance to enjoy a little pampering of their own. On May 9 and 10, complimentary hair styling sessions will be available in-store. Meanwhile, Anko Club members who spend at least ₱1,500 on select weekends can take home a free limited-edition tote bag.
